Flat cables are manufactured from EC
grade (Electrolytic Grade) Copper Conductor which is drawn
from continuous cast rods, Annealed and concentrically bunched
to ensure uniformity, circular cunstruction, flexibility & uniform
resistance.
Each of the bunch of copper conductor
is insulated with PVC compound especially
formulated and manufactured in-house
to make cores. Parallel laid cores are
sheathed with abrasion resistant PVC
compound impervious to water, grease,
oil & salinity of water.

PVC Insulated double sheathed round submersible
cable
Heavy duty cables are needed for
applications like sewage, slurry, and dewatering pumps.
For the above
applications sheathing must be capable to with stand abrasion,
prevent in grease of water along the interstices of the cable & be
resistant to chemicals & acidic fluids.
Three & Four core double sheathed
cables are ideally suited for the above applications.
